Watch the beautiful sunset from 2 large decks with separate access from the living room and each bedroom. Once the sun goes down, do some night fishing or crabbing from the private dock complete with fishing light, cleaning station, and running water. Once cleaned, grill your catch on the charcoal BBQ just steps away beside the picnic table. Every room has an incredible view of the Colorado River or Matagorda Bay! After walking up the steps to the first deck, walk into the newly furnished living room with a 55'' smart TV, DVD player with various movies, oversized couch and loveseat, and awesome views of the river. Enjoy the views while preparing a homecooked meal or relax with some take out from the local eateries. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances you'll need to have a great stay including Keurig coffee maker (complementary coffee and tea), tea kettle, toaster, etc. Washer and dryer is available for stays of 3+ nights or longer. Newly furnished master bedroom has a queen bed with plush bedding covering a new memory foam mattress. Our goal is to provide the best night of sleep possible. Enjoy your comfy bed, 55'' TV, private bathroom, and private access to the deck. The second bedroom also has new furnishings, a queen bed with new memory foam mattress, and it's own 55" smart TV. There's even an acoustic guitar in the room. Just 2 steps away is a full bathroom with tub. For extra sleeping, the oversized couch and loveseat in the living room are perfect for children or smaller adults. Additionally, a tri-fold memory foam bed (single) is stored and ready for use either in the living room or can be moved to a bedroom. We think you'll find everything you need to have a great, relaxing, visit filled with fond memories of the beach, birds, bites (fishing) and beverages. Just say "Beach Please"! If you have a larger group or need additional space, we hope you'll also consider booking "Sunset Please" right next door. Perfect for spending time with extended family/friends while still getting a little downtime between visiting. Guest access Plenty of room is available for on-site parking up to 2 vehicles.
