Welcome to your private oasis! Our 1 bedroom , 1 bath is the perfect place for your next stay in the Valley! Guests have a private entrance as well as complete privacy in the backyard. Spend your day in the pool then relax in the hot tub! We are conveniently located 8 min from Costco, 5 min from grocery stores such as Ralph’s as well as close access to I-10. Amenities include super fast WiFi, heat/air conditioning, mini fridge, microwave, TVs is both rooms as well as parking in the driveway. The space Relax and unwind at our desert oasis! - Guests have complete privacy in the backyard with the pool and hot tub! Come swim in our recently renovated pebble tec pool during the day and unwind in our jet powered hot tub at night! We have a outdoor seating area with a fire pit as well as an outdoor dining table. In addition we have a TV mounted in the outdoor dining area so you’re able to swim and enjoy watching your favorite shows/movies! - Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with a wall mounted TV and is also where the fridge/microwave is located. In addition the room has 3 full length mirrors - The bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. The shower also has a tub so feel free to take a bath! - Unfortunately guests do not have access to the rest of the house We live in a quiet family friendly neighborhood! We are also located near everything you may need! Just 5 minutes from Ralph’s, 8 mins from Costco, and 10 minutes from El Paseo Shopping District. Love to golf? We are right across the street from the award winning Desert Willow Golf Resort. In addition we are in close proximity to tons of restaurants! Flying into Palm Springs? No problem we are less than 20 minutes from the airport!! Seeing a tennis match in Indian Wells? We are less than 20 minutes away! Going to Coachella? We are close to the 1-10 and are 20 min away! Our proximity to the 1-10 (less than 5 min) will allow you to easily travel across the Coachella valley! We hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access The backyard is completely private to our guests! We do live onsite but rest assured your rooms are located on a separate side of the house. There is also a room divider to provide privacy from the rest of the house. Guests will not have access to the rest of the house. We do provide a mini fridge as well as a microwave in bedroom 1. Guests will be able to park in the driveway. Other things to note - We have a strict policy for no outside guests. Only the maximum 4 registered guests are allowed on the property. - The city of Palm Desert has a noise ordinance in place from 10pm - 7 am - No parties or gatherings - No smoking - Unfortunately no pets Lastly, we ask that you please respect our home.
