You might just find yourself planning an extended stay to fully embrace all that this tranquil haven has to offer. The space Pine Needle is a two bedroom, one bath cottage. It has a comfortable queen bed in the back bedroom and a full bed in the living room. The front room, usually the living room, has been creatively turned into a comfy sleeping area. It’s perfect for families or friends traveling together. You’ll find everything you need for a relaxed stay, making it a wonderful place to bond. Guest access You'll have access to the whole cottage. It's not attached to any other building or house. Other things to note *We're thrilled that you've chosen our wedding venue for your special occasion! Just a heads up, one our reception areas is pretty close to your cottage, and with celebrations often comes some lively sounds. *It is our ultimate goal to provide you with a memorable and pleasant experience during your stay with us. We want you to feel at home, to relax, and to create lasting memories in the space we have meticulously prepared for you. Therefore, we kindly request that you treat our home with the same care and respect that you would your own. WE ASK THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. *At our establishment, we prioritize the health, safety, and wellbeing of our valued guests. To ensure this, we have implemented a thorough and comprehensive cleaning process after each check-out. *For guests traveling with pets, we kindly request a pet fee of $75 per stay for a maximum of two pets. If your stay extends beyond a week, the fee increases to $150 per week, and for longer-term guests staying for a month, the fee is $200. To make things convenient for you, please remember to include this additional fee when booking the unit for more than 7 nights through the platform. This way, we can provide you with a special offer that includes the pet fee. In the event that you forget to inform us in advance about bringing a pet along, we reserve the right to either terminate your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for all our guests. *Prior to leaving the cottage, please ensure that your pets are safely confined within a crate. We ask that you refrain from allowing them on to the beds or furniture. *Additionally, if you are considering hosting an event or gathering during your stay, we ask that you communicate with us BEFORE YOU BOOK. By discussing your intentions with us in advance, we can address any potential concerns or requirements that may arise. Failure to communicate with us beforehand can lead to misunderstandings and discomfort for both parties. In the event that an unapproved event or gathering takes place without prior discussion, it may disrupt the experience of other guests or compromise the integrity of our space. As a result, we may need to ask you to leave the premises in order to maintain a harmonious environment for all guests. *FOR OUR FISHING GUESTS, we kindly ask you not to clean or fry fish inside the house. *Just a heads up, there's a shooting range nearby so don't be startled if you hear shooting sounds. It's not all day every day. It's nice & quiet in the evenings.
