Perfect for couples & small families, you can walk to village shops & restaurants, find snow gear rentals nearby, and hit the slopes just a quick 9-minute drive away. After an exhilarating day on the slopes, unwind & soothe your muscles in the hot tub. Inside, stream shows on the TV, play board games, and make marshmallows by the firepit for a cozy mountain getaway. The space Gear up for the snow season and plan your adventures! A quick 9-minute drive on Big Bear Lake Blvd will take you to Snow Summit. Along the way, you'll find delightful breakfast spots, as well as plenty of coffee and tea cafes to fuel your day. No need to worry about packing food; Big Bear offers nearby grocery stores, and you can dine at the ski resorts during breaks. Rentals are readily available for your convenience. Our cozy space covers 600 sq feet and includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bathroom connects directly to the bedroom, creating a master retreat ambiance. For added flexibility, the portable twin-size bed can be pushed together to make a large king-size bed. The home is equipped with central air, ensuring comfort on both cold and hot days. You can enjoy the ambiance of a gas fireplace, which accommodates regular wood and dura flame logs for your convenience. Please note that the maximum occupancy is limited to 3 guests, and in compliance with city regulations, we offer parking space for only 1 car in the driveway. Guest access Parking is available anywhere on the gravel driveway for your convenience. To access the front door, simply ascend the stairs on the deck. We kindly request that you keep all snow gear equipment on the deck to help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our cozy mountain retreat. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
