Relax in the spacious living area featuring a 9-foot leather sofa and large flat-screen TV, or gather in the fully stocked kitchen adjacent to it. A key highlight is the large, screened porch—an ideal space to unwind with your morning coffee or spend an evening while enjoying the coastal breeze. After a day of sun and sand, use the convenient outdoor shower. Inside, you'll find comfortable sleeping arrangements: a King primary suite with an attached bath, Queen second bedroom, and a third bedroom with two Full-size beds and a TV (perfect for the kids!). We provide basic essentials, including bed linens and bath towels. Need to stay connected? We offer two dedicated workspaces with high-speed internet. Guest access Parking is directly in front of the home and must climb stairs to front door. The house sits on a quiet side street. It is close to Middleton so you may hear some cars from the main road. Other things to note Dogs permitted (limit of 2) with one time fee of $100. The living room has SMART TVs, WIFI and a selection of movies and board games. The house does not have cable but are Smart TVs for you to log into any streaming services you may have. Washer and dryer is available for use during your stay. Hand soap and dish soap are provided. Some paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent/packs and toilet paper provided to get you started, but you may need more during your stay. In case of a national pandemic/ state wide shut downs/ warnings and weather related advisory please obtain travel insurance in case a cancellation is needed past all the acceptable time frames for it.
