Within 5 miles you’ll find Downtown Modesto for nightlife, Gallo/G3, Gallo Center For The Arts, food and all the shopping you could think of. Custom newly built in 2022 with all amenities possibly needed. Totally separate guest house with its own entrance and parking space. Large space with outdoor access to putting green, fire pit, play structure and pool. The space This is a newly built custom guest house. It’s clean, modern, cozy and close to nightlife and restaurants. If you’re bringing little ones, please send us a message about how to make your stay more comfortable. We are a small family who resides in the main home. We can stay away for total privacy or message us if you need anything; we’d be happy to help. Guest access The casita has its own side entrance. You are free to use the entire yard, fire pit, putting green and pool. When fruit/veggies are ready, feel free to pick. Other things to note We’re in an established neighborhood. Safe and beautiful with mature trees. Take a stroll and enjoy the breeze. Host family lives on-site. If infant/toddler items are needed, please send a message prior to arrival.
