Air-conditioned house in Monterrey

This new space has been designed for small families, business trips or friends. The house is located in the Arturo B de la Garza subdivision, an area inhabited mostly by families and workers. We live two blocks away, so we are available to help you during your stay. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, two of them with air conditioning, and one with air conditioning; living room, dining room and kitchen. Wi-Fi and garage for a compact car. The space During your stay you can use the garage, which is for a compact car. Upon entering the house you will find the living room that has a TV with Roku so you can enter your Netflix or HBO accounts. You can also play YouTube. We have air conditioning in that area with a presence sensor which allows us to make efficient use of energy in case you accidentally forget to turn it off when leaving. Next we have the dining room for 4 people, and the kitchen that is equipped with a 2-door refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and kitchen utensils for short or long stays (glasses, plates, cups, etc.). A full bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. What we like most about this space is the shower that has good pressure. We have hot water 24 hours a day. The first room is located upon entering the house on the right. This room has a double bed, air conditioning and a closet. The second bedroom is at the back of the house next to the bathroom, it has a double bed, air conditioning cold/heat mode, and closet; the third bedroom has a double bed, air wash (it is not air conditioning but the room is cool due to the orientation of the sun), closet and dressing table with mirror. In the backyard is the washer and dryer that you can use during your stay, it does a full wash and dry cycle, we do not provide laundry detergent or fabric softener but you can use the product of your choice. The house has two surveillance cameras located one next to the entrance door to the house, directed to the garage, and the second in the backyard, we do not have any other recording device inside the house. We've been Airbnb hosts for 6 years and it's a pleasure to clarify your questions before booking. Guest access The house is fully at your disposal, we only have a shelf with a padlock where we store the linens and cleaning supplies. Other things to note The neighborhood where we are located, which is Arturo B de la Garza, borders the Independencia neighborhood, so some Ubers or DiDis may comment that it is an unsafe area, however we have lived here for more than 6 years and we have not had any problems, the neighbors are families that we know and they know us. The advantage of this neighborhood is precisely the location since you can easily reach downtown, the Tec area and San Pedro Garza García, you will find shopping plazas 5 minutes away and near the house there are pharmacies, convenience stores and more.
