The space The house is about 1300 square feet on two floors, with three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a half bath/powder room, washer/dryer in the basement, and a large and private back patio/garden. Step inside to the first floor which has a living room and dining area, a brand new powder room (added in 2021), and the kitchen, which contains a gas oven/range, microwave, full sized refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher. When you walk upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a newly-renovated spa-like bathroom, which includes an extra large soaking tub, a shower, floating vanity, and separate toilet room. The front bedroom has a king sized bed, the middle bedroom a queen, and the back bedroom is set up with a desk as a flex/office space (a futon has been ordered and is on the way). There is a door in the kitchen which leads to a large and private back patio that has a table & chairs, custom built benches and planters, and a gas grill. The back patio can also be accessed by a secure and private alleyway door from the street, so if you have guests visit during your stay, they don't have to walk through the house if everyone is hanging out in the back.
