Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🏠 Private Walkout Basement: The private walkout basement is rented separately most of the time, but you are welcome to book the WHOLE house with both listings for large groups and a more private stay. * No Pet Policy - we maintain a strict no-pet policy. Any violations will result in a $300 hypoallergenic cleaning fee. * No parties of any kind allowed. * No smoking anything at all in the house. You may smoke outside, just make sure to properly dispose of cigarette buds. Any violations will result in a $300 smoking fee. * If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a Pet rate of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved) * Quiet hours between 10 PM - 8 AM. Please be respectful of the guests and surrounding neighbors. * No unregistered guests. We require whoever books with us to be present during check-in and throughout the stay. * Broken or damaged furniture/linens will be charged for extra cleaning or replacement. This includes sheets stained by food, beverages, and spray tan lotions. * If you use the keys, please take extra care of them. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. * No illegal activity allowed on the premises.
