This unit is perfect for long term rentals as well as privacy for a short getaway. As you drive up to the 1928 Bungalow situate in the Marianna City Limits (near the Florida Caverns) you will enter your suite from the front porch through french doors. The suite is tastefully decorated to provide a quiet place to unplug. The backyard is filled w/trees, a stream & little spaces to escape. Listen to the stream, watch birds, sitting areas galore. Pets <20lbs w/ approval. The space The space is tranquil and intended for people to unplug, unwind and find direction. I often host people who are searching and trying to gain balance in their lives. " This is a place to think, relax, journal, pray/meditate or take a nap on the hammock. You can be out in nature. This is great for individuals who are staying in Marianna due to work contracts. I welcome long term guests due to work in the area. Special pricing is available. Guest access Attached on-suite bath. Your room as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & kitchenware along with a TV. Guests can also access to the full kitchen by asking (many guests like to meal prep). Gas & charcoal grill, outside seating on the upper and lower decks. During your stay If I am not on the property please call or text on my cell phone. I have a smart lock and will set up a code for you prior to arrival. I ask if I'm not there to let me know you arrived and let me know when you leave. Please feel free to call with any questions.
