One camera is located in the carport facing the street, and another faces the backyard. These cameras are located outside only and record video only when motion is detected. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. Landscapers may visit periodically to maintain the outdoor areas and keep the property looking its best. Please note that this lower-level unit does not have an individual thermostat. The thermostat is located in the main house. Space heaters are provided during the winter months for guest comfort, and the unit typically remains cool during the summer. We follow industry-leading cleaning standards to ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and welcoming for every guest. All listing photos accurately represent the space you’ll be booking. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Long-term stays are permitted and may be subject to additional rules, regulations, and fees. Cancellations submitted in writing within the applicable refund period stated at the time of booking are eligible for a full refund, minus any booking platform and payment processing fees. No gatherings, events, or additional guests are permitted without prior written approval.
