Quiet Country Side Home- Dog friendly!

Three bedroom, two full bathrooms. We have 2-4 parking spaces available along with a huge backyard perfect for grilling season! We have a fully equipped kitchen and dinner table. On the main floor you will find the main bathroom. We are located 15-20 mins from your major shopping in Boardman, and yes DoorDash delivers! Pitts. Int. Airport is approx. 50mins and Mercy Health is approx. 15 mins away. Pets are welcome with a small fee! The space Welcome to our quiet country side home, what used to be rooms that we rented out while staying home, we have now opened up and made the whole house accessible as we are on the road traveling for work. Families and dogs are welcomed here, with a limit of 3 dogs at max. Please no cats. Our house is on the older side and because of this our air conditioning and heat run differently. I am able to set the heat and air remotely and at this I don’t mind what you set it to, but please limit setting the heat about 78 and the air conditioner no lower than 65. We have a separate button/switch in our basement that will be on a timer that allows the air flow to go up to the main bedrooms. You will hear it as it is on the louder side. If it is very cool outside, for instance a fall day or spring day and it’s stuffy in the house, we have what is called a whole house fan, located in the hallway at the top of the stairs and you can find the turn dial in the small closet in the hallway as well. In order to do this you need windows open and something to hold open your door cause it will suck the air from outside, to the inside. This is a lot better than the air conditioning when it’s cooler outside. Please do not forget to shut and lock all the windows! Sunday/Monday is trash day, trash can is next to the left of the garage, please take the trash down to end of driveway and please do not leave trash in the rooms, food etc. please don’t eat messy foods, wine in the bedrooms, and use plastic cups if you are going to hot tub. Guest access You will have access to most of the whole house, minus the use of the basement which is locked and the garage, which is also locked. The garage separate from the house is off limits unless of course you want to use the basket ball hoop, that is fine. There is a laundry mat located about 4-5mins down the road from our house, we don’t allow guests to do laundry at our home due to the basement not being fit for those to use at this time. Other things to note Please be mindful of the grass when driving up and leaving, please look at the exterior photos and additional photos. This will help you when parking as it is much easier to pullout when you leave. Our yard takes on water very easily, so please do not drive in the grass. Please wipe your dog’s paws off, coming in and out of the house. There are dog towels provided for this exact thing! Our property does not accommodate big trailers/campers/etc. depending on the size please let us know ahead of time as most of them won’t fit. They will not be able to turn on the road into the driveway as it’s too narrow and will ruin the grass at the bottom of the driveway. Thank you!
