Two bedroom Airbnb, king and queen room both with smart tvs. We have two parking spaces available along with a huge backyard perfect for grilling season! We have a fully equipped kitchen and dinner table. On the main floor you will find the main bathroom. We are located 15-20 mins from your major shopping in Boardman, and yes DoorDash delivers! Pitts. Int. Airport is approx. 50mins and Mercy Health is approx. 15 mins away. Pet fees do apply. Our dogs are Thor&Bailey! Guest access When you walk in the front door way you will have access to living room spaces to the right. If you go down the hall way you will enter the kitchen and to the left of the kitchen is a bathroom and shower. If you are staying in room #2 aka the Yellowstone room with the Queen bed, you will take your showers downstairs on the main floor. If you are booking the Ocean King Room #1 with the king bed you will be set up in the upstairs bedroom. There is a laundromat right down the road less than 6mins away, we don’t offer laundry services at this time due to us being out of town, the basement, garage and our bedroom and the outside detached garage as well will all be off limits. You will have free rein of all the spaces on the main floor- kitchen living room and smaller fireplace room to the left of the bathroom which takes you to the backyard. Please when you go to the backyard and come back inside and go out, you must lift the handle up to latch it and to lock it. Once you make your way upstairs to the left of the front door you will find 5 doors. The king bedroom is labeled with a chalk board and you will find it in the far back part of the house. Walk up the stairs make a right and it’s the furthest room in the back. The bathroom upstairs can be used for guests to use in the middle of the night, however do note, it is connected to our bedroom but will be locked at all times. (While we are away for a job out of town you will not see us or our dogs) so you will not need to worry about the bathroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen and back patio you will find a grill that is of use to you also. We are opening up the fire pit and hot tub if you’d like to use these also! During your stay Please feel free to reach out via text message or through the app for help. Other things to note We have two bedrooms for rent. There is a price difference if you book either or both rooms. Weekly discount is applied if you stay for a week, monthly discount if you stay for the month. One of the bedrooms is a king bed and the other is a queen bed. Both have smart tvs in them with very fast internet!! We are home most of the time other than we go out of town to do our nuclear outage jobs. We have two dogs, Thor and Bailey who are very friendly and love to meet all our guests! We try to do our best with keeping them away from guests if we go anywhere/at night time they typically sleep with us in our room. We have a hot tub in our backyard with wonderful views of the stars. We can guarantee you will sleep wonderfully as we are out in the country but not to far where you can go to eat and find other entertainment! As of now, our fireplace room going to the back patio is off limits to guests so that our dogs can be kept here while we are working!
