This newly remodeled beachfront studio condo on the 4th floor offers a king size bed with a beautiful view of the water, loveseat sofa, full kitchen with all you need to cook small or large meals and gorgeously remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. As a bonus, a washer/dryer is located in the condo. The private balcony offers a 365 day a year view of the snow white sand of the Gulf Coast and beautiful sunsets. FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA included (3/15 - 10/31). The space “The Krusty Krab” was fully remodeled in September 2021 from the floor up. The condo offers a comfortable king size bed, nightstands with USB plugs and a loveseat sofa. The remodeled kitchen offers all new appliances with refrigerator ice maker, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blender and all utensils for your cooking needs (yes...this includes a pizza cutter). A 40inch smart TV is located over the kitchen table and can be watched from the bed or sofa. A full size dresser and hidden drawers at the foot of the bed offer plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in glass door shower with a hair dryer and bluetooth speaker. The balcony offers gorgeous views of sunsets over Russell-Fields Pier at Pier Park. The balcony has a bar height table with 2 swivel chairs, 2 stools and 5 crab towel hooks. Free Wifi is included in the condo and around the resort. FREE beach chairs (2) and umbrella (1) are included with the condo from March 15 to October 31. Guest access Guests have access to a heated pool, grilling area with 2 charcoal grills, and a seasonal beachside grill/bar called Flippers. Volleyball nets are available on the beach to be used by all guests. Both beach access walkways have outdoor showers to rinse off when returning from the beach. “The Krusty Krab” is directly across the street from Gulf World and walking distance to the amazing shops and restaurants at Pier Park. There are also other tasty restaurants within walking distance such as Sharkys, Diegos, Shuckums, Barefoot Hide Away Grill, Senor Frogs and All American Diner. Other things to note Continental Condominiums is a NO Smoking/NO Vaping resort and this DOES INCLUDE the balcony. Smoking is allowed at designated areas ONLY. We require the individual making the reservation to be 25 years of age or older AND they must occupy the condo the entire length of the reservation. NO pets are allowed and also NO organized parties.
