Private 1 bedroom suite.

Take a break and unwind or get to work in a private space. You will enjoy a 1 bedroom suite with full/queen bed, dedicated workspace, private luxurious ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, and a large walk in closet. The kitchen and dining loft are shared spaces with other renters. Complimentary coffee and tea available. Our house is located on a wooded lot with views from the bedroom. In the warmer months a patio, and side yard are available to guests. One parking spot on shared driveway. The space There is a shared keyless entry on the main level. The suite is located on the second floor of the home, through a private stairwell. The second floor consists of a shared kitchen, dining loft and private individual rooms used as office spaces or bedrooms by other guests. This master suite has it's own keyless entry. Guests will receive the front door code and the bedroom door code before their arrival. The first floor is the main residence of the homeowner, and family. Guest access Driveway parking available. Please park on the right side bottom of the driveway close to the end, but not overhanging the sidewalk. There is a space marked with a hanging solar light, please park behind this. The driveway is long enough that 2 cars can fit on the right side of the driveway and be spaced far enough apart that they can maneuver around each other. There is no parking from 8-4pm on the street or overnight and parking is limited to 5 hours only. During your stay Please message me the Airbnb site with any questions or concerns. I am also happy to answer any questions in person if schedule allows. Other things to note Quiet hours are from 7am to 10:30pm. That being said we have a very busy household during the day with family and friends coming and going with various school and work schedules. Also please note we have a small dog who is behind a gate in the family entry/coat room which is located just inside to the left of the main entry door. She is easily excitable and will definitely greet you with much barking, however rest assured that she is fully contained behind a sturdy wooden gate. When she is not located in this front gated room she remains only on the first floor in other gated areas with family, so the only interaction you will likely have with her may be upon your entry or exit of the main front door.
