Unique 2 bedroom home a few blocks from the U of A. Our home is a century old, with quality beds, fully equipped kitchen, bar, spiral staircase to a vaulted patio with mountain views and a fully enclosed private back yard makes for an enchanting and memorable experience. Double-paned windows help muffle the street noise on a main thoroughfare. Enjoy your stay with citrus trees out front, an ever-expanding record collection, and bar with a vintage chandelier for a touch of whimsy. The space The living room has vaulted ceilings with bright natural light. Each bedroom has a good-sized closet with shelving. The bar area is a fun hang out spot, great for cocktails while listening to vinyl records. The bathroom has extra towels in the cabinet above the toilet and space in the medicine cabinet for your toiletries. The kitchen is fully functional with dishwasher and garbage disposal. There is laundry off the kitchen. Enjoy the back patio and spiral staircase to the deck, the light switch is on one of the posts. Guest access There is a parking/pull-in in front of the house, room for 2 cars. After check in, there is gated parking in the back with electric car charging, though the large iron and wood gate. The house is on a busy road and can sneak up on you. You'll know you found it if you see the the cobblestone drive and fountain. Access code to the front door will be given to you upon the morning of your arrival. The gated parking is opened from inside the yard. Other things to note The recycling container is in the back yard, and the trash is outside the back gate to the right. The record player is free to use. There are speakers inside and outside. Please feel free to add to the record collection from a local record store and leave a note in the guestbook. There can be a fair amount of street noise, noise machines are in each bedroom. The fireplace is not for use.
