Shops, restaurants, bike rentals, and the beach are all within easy reach. • Come make unforgettable memories in Duck – your Outer Banks cottage retreat awaits! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. The cottage has all you need to enjoy the beach - chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and a beach cart. Beach toys, boogie boards, and corn hole are also provided. You will have a private driveway for parking (no street parking). Other things to note Please note, there is a security camera outside the front door. There is a $50 per night fee for use of the pool heater. Let us know if you would like the pool heated when booking and we will adjust the pricing. Pool heating is optional and generally not needed during peak summer (mid-June through early-September). There is no street parking for the neighborhood beach access at the end of the road. It is easily walkable. There are bike racks at the beach access as well. Check out instructions will be posted in your Airbnb and include asking if you would not mind starting the first load of towels, starting the dishwasher and taking your trash to the outside can. Please be mindful of trash pickup: see house rules The air hockey and pool table that are consealed under the ping pong table are not for guest use. Hurricane season is June to November, please see Airbnb policy regarding weather events: "Weather events, natural conditions, and diseases that are excluded from our Extenuating Circumstances Policy" There will be no refunds related to weather events.
