The kitchen is well-appointed with all of the basics for cooking and baking, a large refrigerator/freezer, and a walk-in pantry with plenty of space for storage (including a mini/beer fridge!). The home is equipped with a 6-person hot tub for those cool evenings and a picture-perfect rocking chair front porch to sip on your morning coffee while waving to passing neighbors. If you're interested in technology, you'll love the smart refrigerator with speaker, LG 55" HDR Smart LED TV equipped with Youtube TV, Hulu, Netflix, and Disney+, and the Audio-Technica automatic turntable. We want to make sure that everyone who visits is comfortable at their home away from home, so the house is equipped with several safety features, including carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, ADT home security, Ring cameras, Minut, and a keypad dead bolt on the front door. We also have an optional maid service that is provided free for guests to keep the home feeling fresh and clean just like when you moved in! **Per City of Asheville zoning requirements, rentals must be 30+ days in duration.** Guest access The neighborhood is easily drivable to the interstate and downtown Asheville, and the home is walkable (or bikeable) to West Asheville and greenways. The driveway can easily accommodate two vehicles, and on-street parking is also available. Other things to note We periodically stay in the home with our pets, so although we perform a deep clean before each guest and have HEPA filters on both floors, individuals with severe allergies to cats or dogs may prefer to book another listing!
