The master has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a full bed. A queen air mattress is also available in the master bedroom closet. The full bathroom is off of the master and the half bathroom is off of the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need during your visit. The house has a large front yard and a fully fenced in back yard that is perfect for pets! The back yard also comes with a seating area, fire pit, and bistro lighting. Guest access The neighborhood, Harrill Hills, is a quiet residential area, very convenient to Fountain City and Downtown Knoxville. The carport offers covered parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is available in the driveway.
