You'll feel right at home in this newly renovated suite, located in a quiet neighborhood and adjacent to the University of Victoria. Curl up on the sofa to watch TV in front of the candlelit fireplace, cook a meal in the full size kitchen or take long showers in the spa-like bathroom. Enjoy the 3 minute walk to the secluded, beautiful Finnerty Cove Beach or hike out the front door to Haro woods and Mystic Vale then take a stroll down to the locally famous Cadboro Bay Village for dinner. The apartment is brand new from top to bottom renovated in 2021 and is a little over 800 square feet on the main level of the house. The full kitchen includes a dishwasher so you don't have to do dishes, and all the basics for a short or long stay. The kitchen table seats six comfortably so you can enjoy meals together, catch up on some work, or have your morning coffee. The spacious bathroom is a treat with a heated tile floor, a large walk-in shower, rainfall shower head and shower wand, and loads of space to tuck things away for longer stays. Both bedrooms are fully equipped with two queen beds, closets, dressers or shelves to tuck things away, area rugs and seating areas and blackout blinds ensure a great night sleep. The living room has a cozy sectional couch that pulls out into a comfortable queen size bed! Watch TV on the 50 inch 4K TV, or read a book and enjoy the soft light from the remote controlled candle lit fire. The separate thermostats in every room allow you to be as warm as you want wherever you are in the house. A full size washer and dryer are tucked away neatly in the hall closet, with all the soap you may need for your stay supplied for you. Upstairs is a separate suite, and between the two floors the house has been professionally soundproofed, however there will still be some noise transfer between the suites. The entire guest suite is yours alone for the duration of your stay. There is a separate entrance and a keypad provides access, so you can check in whenever is convenient for. Dedicated parking is available and a private path leads to the front door and there is a patio area for summer seating. We are available to assist as much or as little as needed. We are a self-check in, so many guests we don't get to meet in person!
