Downtown Frankfort Bourbon Trail Loft

This stylish, centrally located loft apartment is the perfect place to stay for group trips! Located in the heart of historic downtown Frankfort, along the Bourbon Trail and in the middle of Lexington and Louisville, this loft is the perfect spot for walking to local bars, restaurants and attractions or hitting up well known Kentucky attractions. This 2 story loft apartment has 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds and sleeps up to 8 (if some share beds). Two bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom has a full sized bed and the last bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is one bathroom on the main level. You will also enjoy a large living room with a smart T.V., and a fully functioning and outfitted kitchen ready for preparing meals. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in the unit that can be used for free. There is a parking lot on the right hand side of the building, that we can allow one car to park in. The loft is right around the corner from Broadway St which contains the majority of action and events in our downtown area. The Kentucky History museum is directly across the street. The area is also safe for walking in the daytime or at night, so you can rest easy hitting up the several bars, pubs and restaurants that are within a few blocks. Additional parking is located along Broadway St. or other surrounding side streets. Please read any posted signs in lots around the area, making sure they are not private, because some lots do tow cars if you park in them. Within 3 blocks of this loft you can find multiple restaurants and bars, as well as many shops with locally crafted wares. A key code to enter the loft will be shared the day of check in. This keyless entry allows for check in any time after 3pm. This loft is located in downtown Frankfort, KY. Our quaint downtown is full of restaurants, bars, shops and sites to visit all within walking distance from this airbnb. If weather permits, walking is convenient and recommended when staying in this location, if you plan to stay downtown. Everything/place you would need to visit or go is convenient and close enough to walk to, with the exception of a convenience store. This location is also perfect because we have our own attached parking lot where we can allow 1 car to park. If you have more than one car, free parking can be found on surrounding street Lewis St that off of Broadway behind the airbnb on Ann St. (picture in photo gallery) This location is convenient to all major highways that transport throughout KY, to quickly allow you to get to any other tourist destination that you may have on your itinerary. Note: There is only one bathroom in this loft. It is located on the bottom floor, off of the main hallway. Also note that there are multiple stairs in this loft. If you are not able to comfortably navigate stairs, then this may not be for you. Last note: there is one t.v. located in the main living room. There are no t.v.'s in the bedrooms.
