Brand new GE washer and dryer, as well as kitchen appliances have been provided for your comfort. There's a 65" flat screen TV in the living room—equipped with all your favorite streaming apps—and a bar by the kitchen that's perfect for entertaining. There are also two fire pits and an outdoor kitchen that features al fresco dining for up to 4 people, an outdoor sink and meal prep area, and gas BBQ grill, plus plenty of seating throughout the yard, giving you and your group plenty of space to spread out and relax. Other things to note Note that some living room furniture and bed pillows are down. To ensure your comfort, we offer pool heating for an additional fee of $100 per night from October through May, with a minimum of three nights required due to the 24-hour heating process. No jumping in the pool is allowed, and all guests must sign a liability waiver. The property is located in Thousand Palms, with occasional strong wind noted. Outdoor music is permitted but we please ask that you kindly respect our neighbors and ensure the music is inaudible past the driveway gate.
