Kick back and relax in our cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage conveniently located on a peaceful parcel of land between Amarillo & Canyon. We are an easy 20 minute drive to Palo Duro Canyon. Our cottage features comfortable furnishings and beds, crisp cotton bedding, luxe pillows, a fully stocked kitchen and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Outdoor areas include a shady porch with a swing, rocking chairs and bbq grill, a fenced backyard and a covered two car carport. Our cottage features an open floor plan for the living room, dining room and kitchen. A short hall has the spare bath on one side and the laundry area on the other side. The hall ends with the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom to the right and the second bedroom to the left. Both bedrooms have spacious walk in closets with shelves and rods and large Roku TVs. The shady front porch has patio rockers and table, a swing and a gas bbq grill. There is a large fenced yard for pets. New grass coming soon. We are pet friendly but ask that all dogs be disclosed. We ask that they be well behaved and cleaned up after. We prefer crate trained pets. No cats unless pre approved and a deposit paid. Guests have access to the full interior of the cottage and the front, side and back yard areas. There is a rustic shed in the side yard with a patio. Guests may access patio but not shed. Shed is used for Airbnb laundry and supplies. We strive to be available and quickly reachable. Guests can reach out through the Airbnb app and we’ll take it from there! We’re located at the back of a quiet country subdivision with no through traffic. There’s easy access off the paved main road on a short all-weather caliche and gravel road. Two standard size vehicles can park under the carport. There’s plenty of room for oversized vehicles to park behind the house on the north. —We love our pets and know you do too! Dogs under 50 lbs. are welcome with a maximum of two. No cats or birds. Please use our pet blankets if pets are on beds or furniture. Pets are never to be left unattended inside or outside of the cottage. —No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the cottage. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a fee charged to guest to ozone treat the cottage.
