Welcome to our beautiful midtown Toronto home! Our home is conveniently located near Cedarvale Park, great for running, walking or cycling, and it's a 4 minute drive to trendy St. Clair West and upscale Eglinton Avenue West, offering a wide range of excellent restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, health food stores and shopping. → Approx. 1600ft² / 149m² of space → Private Entrance → Easy transit access → Shared-backyard → Shared-laundry on site → Fully equipped kitchen → Very safe neighborhood The space Our home is close to Eglinton West and St. Clair West subway stations and transit connection is excellent. The home is strictly smoke/vape/pet free due to owner allergies and asthma. Additional important details → SmartTV on which you can access your Netflix and YouTube accounts → 3 desks and 1 dedicated office space → Master bedroom features a Queen sized bed for an enjoyable sleep → Second and third bedrooms have double sized beds → Full sets of quality sheets and duvets for the beds and plenty of towels → The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher and a cabinet full of herbs/spices → A shared washer and dryer are in the basement for guests to use ★IMPORTANT NOTE: Toilet paper, soap and garbage bags will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. Please be sure you read the house rules carefully and are comfortable with them. Guest access Guests will have access to the main floor and top floor of our home, including the shared laundry room. Note that the basement is a separate unit with a separate entrance, but sound can travel, so we ask our guests to be considerate of each other. Other things to note Please make sure you read and agree to the house rules before requesting a booking. Please note that additional guests, other than those who have booked and paid for the space, are not allowed in the apartment. Also note that as the 3 bedrooms in the house only have 3 beds, so it's not suitable for 5 separate individuals travelling together. Shared & scheduled laundry facility: Thursday - Sunday We are an environmentally conscious household so ask our guests to be conscious of turning off lights when they're not in the apartment, not leaving water running and separating waste into organics, recycling and garbage, as per our city's waste collection program. We'll give you an orientation on all this, plus the right bins to use when you get here!
