Easily accessible to major Metro Detroit shopping areas : Detroit downtown: 17min Oakland Mall: 13min Somerset Collection: 19min Twelve Oaks Mall: 23min Great Lakes Crossing Outlets: 30min Windsor, Ontario: 20min Easy walking distance to plaza (Starbucks, McDonald, Applebee, supermarket, Planet Fitness, Marshalls). The space Private room (Room A) with keyless Smart Lock. Comfy twin bed, desk/chair & closet. You will share the 1st bathroom with the other guest. Central A/C. Lovely backyard deck with furniture. Great Ferndale location. I live upstairs and only use the upstairs bathroom. We can share the refrigerator & feel free to use the kitchen but please leave the sink clean. There is Wi-fi. Washer and dryer are in the basement for long term guests. Our price is at the lower end than what comparable homes ask for on Airbnb in Ferndale. If you are for immaculate cleanliness, a hotel or an Airbnb with $100 per night is probably a better option. The other guest staying here may make your stay good, great or not so good. It depends who books. If you have a problem sharing common space (bathroom etc.) with others, you can select to rent out both rooms. Please do not book if your expectations are different. Guest access During your stay, you are welcome to utilize all of the shared spaces and amenities on the first floor. If there is something you're unsure how to use, let me know and I will be happy to assist! During your stay I'm a young professional and work from home for a Biotech company (11am - 8pm M-F). I'm on 2nd floor most of the time. Feel free to send me message via Airbnb. I can answer messages 8am - 9pm. Other things to note This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I am renting 1 bedroom (Room A) on the first floor on this listing but there is another room (Room B) on the first floor of the house. There is a possibility there might be another guest at the time of your stay. If you aren't comfortable with that you can select to rent out both rooms. I live on 2nd floor and I only use the bathroom on the 2nd floor. 2nd floor is not part of the Airbnb. Guests should not enter 2nd floor. Reservations of 28 days or more: only available for people traveling for work. Must provide work verifications and ID.
