Central air, high-speed WIFI, 55" TLC ROKU HDMI 4k TV in the living room with local antenna and seating for 9, the adjoining dining room seats 8. 1/2 Bathroom in first floor bedroom, full bath on 2nd floor between the two bedrooms with large closets. Cleaning supplies are on the first and second floor. The space Aunt Rose's Place 3 bedroom house has queen over queen bunk beds, an open living room dining room area with a half bath in the bedroom off the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, cookware, utensils, bakeware, microwave, electric glass top stove with oven, microwave, blender, mixer and service for 12 dishware. There are two washers and dryers on the basement. ADA pets must be with you at all times, kept off beds and furniture, and crated when sleeping. Do not leave them in the yard or house unattended. Guest access I don't live here, the house is all yours, but you can reach me easily by text or call in an emergency. The house has keyless entry so you are able to come and go at will, just be considerate of neighbors and please don't block the sidewalk, it's the only one on the block. Other things to note There are two washers in the basement and two dryers. Please only use liquid fabric softener in the circle dispenser at the center of the washing machine and soap in the drum. Do not use scented wax pellets. Please do any hair dying and crafting before you arrive.
