The Elbo Creek Retreat is designed to be a peaceful home for a family to relax and enjoy the beautiful Flint Hills. Located minutes away from downtown, Kansas State University and Tuttle Creek Lake, this is the perfect location for a game day weekend, family vacation or working business trip. It has a fully stocked kitchen, 5G wifi, a smart TV, desk/workplace, Tempur-Pedic king size bed and organic shower supplies. The space Come relax and unwind in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on the east side of Manhattan. The master bedroom has a King sized Tempur-Pedic mattress and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. All the beds have cotton, bamboo sheets and ceiling fans for a refreshing nights sleep. There is a dedicated workspace between the living room and dining area for guests who need to get a little work done during their stay. Guests must be 25 years old or older to book at the Elbo Creek Retreat. A copy of photo ID to verify the age of the guest making the reservation is required. All guests over the age of 18 must be listed in the reservation. Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay. Any additional guests must have approval from the host prior to your arrival or there will be an extra guest fee charged. All requirements must be met within 24 hours of accepting the reservation or the reservation will be cancelled. There are video cameras at all three entrances of the house and will be monitored to ensure no extra guests or parties are happening on the property. KITCHEN: We provide an array of cooking essentials, oils and spices, a wide array of pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, waffle maker & coffee machine. You will arrive to a starter set of coffee and tea. There is a gas range, oven and a microwave to accommodate any cooking level. There is also filtered drinking water through the fridge, so you don't have to bring any bottled water with you! OUTDOOR LIVING: The fenced in back yard is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or soak up the last bit of sunshine as the day comes to an end. During the warmer weather the patio has seating for 4 to enjoy the sun setting over the beautiful flint hills. Cushions for the patio furniture is stored in the garage and should be returned after use. EXTRAS: In addition to the basics, we provide organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & basic cooking supplies. PARKING There is room for 2 cars in the garage and 4 cars in the driveway. There is a 4 cars max per stay unless otherwise approved from the host. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself. There is a locked downstairs area and is not available for guest access. If you are looking for a place to get loud and party, this is not the house for you. The community appreciates peace and quiet. Other things to note Enter your specific dates for weekly and monthly discounts. Bath towels and sheets for 4 beds are provided. LONGER STAYS: We require a mini cleaning every 2 weeks for long term stays at $50/cleaning & $125 for the checkout cleaning. (Prices subject to change without notice.)
