The space The home has a large open concept living room with 75" TV (w/ Netflix & Hulu), spacious kitchen island with waterfall quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances in the cook's kitchen, all of which opens to the private backyard with pool. There is a 2nd living room (the den) with another 75" TV, towering ceilings, mini-fridge in the built-in cabinet and console, and additional dining table. Entire home is single story with 5 bedrooms and 3 incredible bathrooms, each one of a kind. Home has washer, dryer, and EV charger in the attached garage as well as outdoor dining table and lounge areas under a covered patio. Comfortable, warm, and modern space fully equipped! Guest access Guests have the entire home at their disposal to enjoy Other things to note - Before you book, please be advised that this is not a party home. Parties and events are prohibited. We have noise sensors outside of our home to alert both you and us if it becomes louder than the legal limit. This is to prevent upsetting the neighbors and disturbing the neighborhood. We'd be happy to help you arrange a great time on the Strip, including all the hottest nightclubs, if that’s what you’re looking for. - Our additional guest fee is $20 per person per night after the 8th guest. This helps cover the additional cost of housekeeping, insurance, and wear and tear. The extra fee applies to each night of the reservation regardless of whether guests stay some or all nights, just as a hotel would. We ask all of our guests to provide an accurate maximum guest count so we can adequately prepare the home, including relevant linens and towels. - Housebroken pets are allowed, for an extra $50 per stay, per pet. This is to cover the extra cost for cleaning after the pet's stay.
