Close to I-63 (1 mile), nearby to restaurants and shopping, right off the downtown square. We're a quick drive (<5 min.) to Air Medical Holdings, OMC, Leonardo DRS, and Ozarks Medical Center. Come rest here while you're in West Plains! The space With a sparkling clean bedding and mattress and comfortable furniture, our 1-bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen is great for short stays, business trips, pleasure and extended stay. We're close to all the essentials. Guest access This apartment space is a private space with a separate entrance above our local bike shop (West Plains Bike Shop) and is accessible via a flight of stairs. You have access to our TV and movie services on our guest account. The stereo and contents of the stereo cabinet are not for Airbnb guest use. You are responsible for any additional rentals purchased. Other things to note Things to note: We do not accept local bookings - out-of-town guests only, please. This is a second-floor unit. The Bike Shop cat, Pedals, is an indoor/outdoor cat and lives downstairs. She loves to nap on the upstairs back porch and may even try to sneak into your space while you are staying with us. She is very approachable. You may choose to interact with her as much or as little as you prefer, but please leave her outside. This unit is above our family living space and shares a wall with our attic space. Quiet hours are observed and consideration of your privacy is priority. If you are looking for a short-term lease, we are willing to consider (up to 12 weeks) and will accommodate as best as we are able. Please utilize the top two shelves of the fridge, these are exclusively for guest use.
