UNREGISTERED GUESTS No additional guests over the number provided in reservation without written consent from the host. Violating this policy can result in fines or further action. Any reservations with more than 16 guests will need written approval from the host. PETS $50 per Pet fee applies for up to 2 pets. POOL Additional per day fee applies for heating pool in the off season. Fee is at discretion of host based on time of year. Option to heat pool is only available when average outside temperature is above 65 degrees. The heater is not able to heat the pool much more than 20 degrees above the outside temp due to the size of the pool. There will be a fine of $125 per day for heating the pool without consent of the owner.
