The Magnolia Room - Private, Clean, & Cozy!

Welcome to the Magnolia room! In the heart of Yorktown, this two story residential home is located within a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Located just 10 minutes from Yorktown beach, and 15 minutes from Newport News, this home is in a serene yet convenient location. Some features of your stay shall include: - 43' smart flat screen television - Verizon Fios Wifi (very fast, 150mbps+) - Full Access Kitchen - Outdoor Grill and Patio area - Outdoor Fireplace We look forward to seeing you! The space At 2831 square feet, this home is very spacious and you are welcome to use the following area's: Living room/ Sun room This a spacious room that houses the two large couches and the 55 inch LG display. In winters, the fireplace is functional and makes for a very cozy TV watching experience. Reading room: Toward the front of the house is the reading room, filled with natural sun and a view of the front yard, this is a perfect place to relax on the couch or kick back on the lazy boy. Kitchen space: The kitchen space has everything you should need, guests are welcome to use both the stove top and microwave. The following amenities are also included: - Air fryer - Blender - Keurig with coffee - Electric Kettle - Utensils - Silverware - Pots&pans -Glassware Laundry Room Both a washer and dryer are provided. Bathrooms: On the second floor is the bathroom this is shared by both the Camelia room and the other guest room (Magnolia room). It is equipped with automatic lighting, an 8ft by 4ft mirror, a shower, toilet and other essentials (hair dryer, hand towels, soap, shampoo, etc.) On the first floor by the kitchen is also a 1/2 bath that is open for guests to use. Parking: Guests will be allocated a parking space that they are welcome to use for the full duration of their stay. Dining Space: Large extendable oak dining table holds 6+ chairs. Outdoor: As seen in the images, the outdoor space is a beautiful place to be in the summer months. There is patio space that is perfect for lunch on a sunny day. In colder months, feel free to start up a fire under the stars. Seating area's in the back yard and the outdoor porch swing is also available for guests to use. Animals: This home also houses 2 dogs (one Italian greyhound/beagle mix and a French Bulldog) in addition to a house cat. All of these animals are well trained. While the dogs may bark at first, if you show them some love, they will learn to love you right back! Guest access The neighborhood is easy to get around. I will provide further instructions on regarding parking access but each guest is provided an allocated parking space which they will be able to use at all times during their stay.
