Enjoy the sun soaking in, and repurposed antique and custom furniture, glass walls, decorative fireplaces, and a new organic mattress. You will have a private entrance with a private bathroom and locked door to a shared kitchen. The kitchen is shared with one single person only. No couples. Located central to everything in Williamsburg and a short walk to McCarren Park. The space SUSTAINABILITY. We have curated this home with lots of love, sage and intention of living more sustainably. Except for the new organic mattress from Awara and some necessary new essentials, everything is consciously sourced and repurposed from antique dealers all over the North East. LOCATION. Steps away from anything you need, and close to several transportation points, bringing you into downtown Manhattan in 10-20 minutes. Where North and South Williamsburg meet is a hub of international travelers, business people, artists, and locals that make this area more unique and dynamic than other parts of Williamsburg. Guest access BACKYARD. The backyard is connected to the commercial space on the ground floor. You will have access to use this space when the commercial space is not in use. It is not available at all times, and there are rules around using it. Please ask Danielle for the calendar, and more info. PARKING. There is street parking all around, but it can be challenging if you are not familiar. There are also garages you pay for nearby. During your stay I’m always a phone call away. Text is great as well. Other things to note LEASE. Guests will be asked to sign a lease in addition to booking through Airbnb.
