Colorful, Sunny and Spacious Brooklyn Apartment
Colorful, Sunny and Spacious Brooklyn Apartment
Description
Get to know the local neighborhood in this sunny, colorful, and roomy one bedroom apartment in Greenpoint! This place has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home while you’re in the city. It is ideal for people who want to feel like they are living in New York or someone who already lives here. The space The apartment is on the first floor of a sweet little two story house on a quiet street. Very close to Williamsburg, a block away from local fave McGolrick Park, less than a 10 minute walk to McCarren Park and Bedford Avenue, 10 minutes to the G train, and 15 minutes to the L. There are coffee shops, grocery stores, delis, bodegas, laundromats, cafes, bars and restaurants in very close proximity. You are two minutes from a pierogi in every direction. The apartment has lots of windows so the sun is streaming all day long into different rooms, it’s so sunny! There is a backyard patio area with a grill and a picnic table with an umbrella. You are welcome to relax and enjoy the space, but we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors -- this means no loud noise, no having people over, and not staying out past 10pm. Thank you for your understanding and consideration :) The kitchen has everything you need and more to cook. There are some basic food items that you can help yourself to — spices, condiments, coffee, tea, so much tea… A closet and two dressers are available along with various shelves and storage areas for whatever else. The couch in the living room folds out into a decent sleeping spot. What else? Apple TV with all the shows, soda stream for bubbles, French press for coffee, and a tushy for a squeaky clean (if you do not know what a tushy is then this is truly a wonderful opportunity for you). Consider this — The building is not modern, for this reason there are a few *features* that remind you how far we’ve come (primarily in relation to the prevalence and placement of electrical outlets). We have made efforts to reduce the inconvenience of this as much as possible, but life be like that sometimes! Welcome to New York :)
