The Kathleen Room at The Huntley House

A turn at the top of the stairs takes you to the largest of the bedrooms inside The Huntley House. Chic and spacious, The Kathleen offers a king bed, pink mini-fridge, elegant European ensuite, and an impeccable collection of stylish and timeless pieces. You’ll also enjoy free WiFi and shared access to a sitting room with a coffee maker, laundry, an additional mini-fridge and microwave oven. We have five dedicated parking spaces next door, as well as 15 un-metered street parking spaces. The space Located inside Robert Hall, The Huntley House is a set of boutique accommodations designed to make guests feel as if they have come to stay with their most sophisticated, eccentric and eclectic relatives. Each of the five rooms has its own personality, meticulously curated with family heirlooms and new “old” treasures. The Huntley House itself is named in honor of Benjamin Franklin Huntley, Sr., the namesake of one of the biggest furniture companies in the South in the first half of the 20th century, and the great-grandfather of one of the owners of The Huntley House and Robert Hall. The five, graciously appointed rooms are named for different members of the Huntley family, reflecting the interestingly diverse influences of our history and community. While staying at The Huntley House, guests will have shared access to a sitting room with a coffee maker, laundry, mini-fridge and microwave. Free WiFi is also included, but please note we have intentionally chosen to omit TVs to maintain the ambience of the space. Other things to note Robert Hall is a multi-purpose event space and Airbnb destination surrounded by a collection of breweries, performance venues, restaurants, galleries, museums and makers spaces. Located in Downtown Winston-Salem’s reimagined industrial area aptly known as Industry Hill, Robert Hall is where the eclectic and unique are discovered, embraced and celebrated.
