Less then 5 miles from the International Daytona Speedway and 10 miles from the Worlds Famous Daytona Beach!! Lots of Restaurants and shopping near by. We are in a quite neighborhood off Route 92. Only 4 minutes from Route 4(Straight to Orlando- 1hr). The space -Screened in back porch with lots of seating. -Tv’s in all bedroom with Roku hooked up, large Tv In living-room. -Refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, air fryer, Dual Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes and silverware. -Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer with soap, -Bathroom have small shampoo/ conditioner and hand soap. -3 bedrooms : 2 rooms with 1 queen in each, and 1 bedroom with 2 full beds. -lots of closet space. -Each room has a ceiling fan and a box fan in the closet. -Extra pillows in each bedroom closet. Guest access Keyless entry Other things to note We also have a garage for a extra charge ($200) can be used. We do ask all guest to sign a rental agreement that will be emailed to the guest. This can be emailed before reserving if asked. No more than 8 guest allowed in the house at all times. No parties or large gatherings allowed. No pets allowed. Outside of the house is under 24 hours video surveillance.
