Self check in. - Guests enter from the outside through private door. -Furnished, 1 private bathroom, private kitchenette, 1 queen bd, 1 futonsofa bd with foam mattress, private door leads to shared laundry. - Well insulated. You won't see the host unless we meet at driveway by chance. - Minutes from Killeen airport, hospitals, Ft.Hood, restaurants, coffee shops. Free parking space. Nice, kept neighborhood, smart TV, High speed internet. The space -This space is not suitable for construction workers. BluStudio has a separate outdoor private entrance, with self check in smart lock. This is a converted garage, well insulated for privacy with separate A/C. -Once inside you will find a comfortable 1 queen size bed, a 1 futon sofa/bed, a relaxing sofa to watch TV. Keep in mind that both beds are in the same space. - a private bathroom & shower, office desk & kitchenette. -A private door gives access to the shared laundry. Guest & host will not be using the laundry at the same time. For stays more than 7 days, laundry days may be assigned. - Even though the host is conveniently close, we offer total privacy and independence for our guest. -We do not enter the studio for cleaning or any other reason unless there's an emergency during your stay or pest control and repair is due (in that case, guest will be contacted for permission before entering the space). -The studio colors have been carefully chosen to promote rest, relaxation with black out curtains for a good rest during the day if needed. -Front patio has a table and seating area on the left side for relaxing outdoors (this is the only designated spot for smoking in the whole property). Guest access BluStudio has a outdoor private entrance, self check in smart lock & plenty of free parking on curbside. Lock pin is given on day of check in. Guests can access the shared laundry. Guests cannot access hosts backyard. Guests cannot access electric panels, sprinkler system panel, A/C units or solar system panels. Guests can use the patio seats and table located in front of property, left side. Other things to note -Furniture and decor are subject to change either in items, position or season of the year. Everything might not look "just like the pictures." -We gently remind our guests that the alarm system sets at 11 pm and it includes the laundry door (not your main entrance/door). -Laundry hours are from 6 am to 10 pm. At 10 pm both dryer and washer must be done with their cycles. Please kindly avoid using the laundry on a daily basis.
