Located in a nice neighborhood, just outside Novesol gate in Enterprise. 6 minutes from Daleville, 25 minutes from Dothan, and 20 minutes from Ozark also 90 minutes from the beach. Please do not book if you want to party. This is a quiet neighborhood,thanks! The space ALL private beyond beautiful with a very pleasant view.The pool is not shared with noone,it is surveillanced during the day.Cameras are on the outside property for safety. Ring on doorbell,front left corner,back right corner,the duck feeding area .No cameras are inside or on back deck. Guest access Front door entry 2 bedrooms w/full bath,also queen air mattress if 6 people stay,large livingroom, dining room kitchenette with sink,full size refrigerator,dishes,microwave,keurig coffee pot and toaster. front porch and back deck all private. Approximately 1800 sq.ft. We DO NOT allow parties. We are located in a very nice quiet neighborhood :) NO fishing,we do not own the ponds. Other things to note laundry room is available by request from 8am-5pm
