Both bedrooms have doors. No pets allowed for short term renters per HOA policy (only owners can have pets). Please be advised unit has stairs. No parties/events. This unit has no AC, but does have fans, heaters and a wood burning fireplace. Firewood may or may not be available to use on downstairs decks. No smoking in unit or within 20 feet of buildings. No shoes in the condo please because we just replaced the carpets. Guest access Parking is available and free on site: 2 vehicle maximum. You may park in any space for Sierra Park Villas on Sierra Nevada Rd or any street surrounding the complex. Parking is not assigned and is first come, first served.
