Imagine a super elegant hotel, just within the actual comforts of a well stocked and cozy home. Come see for yourself! The space Ybor Luxé is a brand new construction, single family residence. It was built to historic guidelines and was just completed in September 2021. Luxé was built specifically for the Airbnb market and has never been lived in. It sits at 595 square feet and is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom luxury abode. Every square inch was carefully designed and curated to bring-forth a one-of-a-kind offering. The backyard patio area is fully fenced for ultra privacy as well. You will have the entire house to yourself. Having stayed at numerous Airbnbs and frequently saying to myself "This would make this place better," was the impetus. The intention here was to really create a space that felt luxurious, warm, comforting, stylish, yet chillax. It is centrally located in Tampa and many of the city's highlights are within a 10 mile radius. This is the perfect escape for couples, or professionals seeking longer term stays. You have everything you need to enjoy your stay in Tampa Bay! Guest access There is on-street parking right in front of the house. There is no cost for this parking. Other things to note There is a washer and dryer in the unit, along with an iron and hair dryer. Using 15-MINUTE wash cycle on the washer is ideal. Please take note of this option. Please make sure to LOCK ALL DOORS (front and back) when leaving the house. This includes closing both sides of the gates if opened. Also, there is a strict and absolute NO PARTY, or LARGE GATHERING policy. The only guests allowed to stay in the unit are the registered guests, with max 3 guests total. There is also a NO SMOKING policy. This includes no smoking of any kind allowed inside of the house (includes cigarettes, vaping, cigars, bongs, marijuana whether medicinal or not, or any type of product that produces smoke and/or smoke fumes). This includes NO CANDLES or INCENSE. There is an $800 DOLLAR FINE for any violation of this NO SMOKING policy. In addition, there is a strict and absolute NO PETS/ANIMAL policy. NO PETS/ANIMALS of any kind are allowed in the house, regardless of size, or type. There will be a $600 FINE for evidence and notice of any pets or animals inside the house, or on the premises of the house. Lastly, all items and furniture in the house have been registered and accounted for. Any damage, or theft of any item will result in a base fine of $300 DOLLARS, in addition to the cost of the broken/stolen item(s). Any violation of the above rules is cause for IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL from the house. By making a booking, you accept these terms and conditions.
