Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This place has a nice view of the sea. The front garden is still under development, so this space can be used for parking. The house has 3 bedrooms (2 of which are included in this listing) and can accommodate 6 guests plus additional sleeping spaces for upto 3 additional people. There are white sandbars, beaches and islands surrounding that are reachable by pump boat in minutes. A Perfect weekend ocean adventure. The space There are 2 bedrooms (each ca. 7m^2) each with a clothes cabinet, and a modern pull-out double bed. The place is rented with 2 bedrooms with full use of the house amenities. For the time being, the house owner will stay in the extra bedroom downstairs to better accommodate all your needs. She is 60 years old, and is very knowledgeable of the area, can give you great tips of the sand bars and beaches, knows English, german and Tagalog, ilonggo and cebuano. :) There are 2 bathrooms, and a dining room. There is a family room upstairs with a great sea view, and which also has a sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 people. There is also an available single airbed upon request and a single foam. There is a terrace upstairs with a coffee table and chairs perfect for a nice breezy, sea view breakfast. Downstairs there is a small living room, and sliding glass doors that open to a small patio. There is a kitchen that can be used, and breakfast, lunch and dinner arrangements can be offered as well (additional price upon request). There is a wide parking space in front of the house, but is on uneven, earthy yard. The house is near Cabli Beach Resort, Northwind Beach Resort, Jomabo Island, Panansalan Sand Bars and the Panliswihan Sand Bar which are 15 minutes away with the boat. Upon request, a pump boat can be made available as an island, beach or sandbar hopping service for the entire day (price not yet included). By booking any pump boat, the guests take over the responsibility of their own safety, using of life jackets, swimming responsibly, and all other swimming and pump boat related activities at their own risk. The owners of the listing will not be liable to any injuries or losses during their stay. The guests are responsible to secure and keep valuable belongings and not leave anything valuable unattended. There are also local floating cottages that can be booked that offer buffet dining all day. (Check out their third party info pages) The place is rural and is still being developed. During your stay You can always reach out to the owner if you have any issues or need extra information during your stay. The owner is staying in the same house. Other things to note This listing is only a beach house, beside the ocean. Beaches and sand bars are nearby and can be reached by booking third party pump boats. This is not included in the pricing. The listing is also only for the use and booking of the 2 bedrooms of the house but all other amenities can be used together by the owner. This listing does not include the bedroom of the owner and allows the owner to stay in the house and the surrounding areas. Any guests who are not agreeing to these conditions although clearly stated in the airbnb listing descriptions, may be refused acceptance by the owner, and the AirBnb platform is duly informed. Furthermore, all check in will only be guaranteed within the agreed time. Arriving earlier or later than the agreed arrival or check in time, cannot guarantee availability of the personnel. The owner is very flexible, but has to be informed of any changes up front. The owner reserves the right to decline future bookings if the experience with that particular guest has been very unacceptable in the past. The guests must try to leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived. Any broken or damaged property will be documented and reported by the owner to Airbnb appropriately.
