A cozy and spacious home for your getaway from the city. The house is very spacious. 2 stories with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. A balcony overlooking a large yard with a swing between 2 gigantic trees and a cozy fire-pit. The living area is a great place to relax with friends and family, watch a movie on the projector, or jam out on the drums. The dining area can accommodate the perfect dining experience for whatever you whip up in the kitchen. Parking is never an issue as there is a long driveway and plenty of parking space on the property. WIFI is always available. Thermostats control heat only. There is no A/C in the home. Instead there are a few fans to make those hot summer nights much more enjoyable. Washer and dryer available as well. Guests have access to the entire house aside from the basement and a single storage closet. Guests also do not have access to an accessory unit that will have a full time tenant for the month of December. Available through the Airbnb messenger. Call or text through my phone number.
