Enjoy your coffee in your private courtyard as you gaze up at the magical hot air balloons in the early morning. A lot of loving care went into trying to make it the perfect getaway for our guests. Our hope is that you love it as much as we do and you return time and time again. We are in an area of custom homes with beautiful views of the surroundings. The space Located minutes off I-17 on a safe well kept and quiet culdesac. Beautiful Mountain Views. We are 15 minutes from Cave Creek, 8 minutes from Ben Avery, 25 minutes from Lake Pleasant, 20 minutes from the new TSMC plant. Sedona is a beautiful scenic drive north. The Casita is attached to the home with a private courtyard and entrance. Guests are welcome to sit outside by the pool on comfy furniture. Outdoor Blankets provided for cool evenings. Towels provided for the pool (weather permitting). Pool is not heated. There are dogs on property. No outside guests. Guest access Guests have access to the casita, private courtyard, and pool (weather permitting) All gates should be secured at all times. There are pet dogs on premises No outside guests. Other things to note The Casita is attached and we share one wall. There is also a shared hall door that remains locked. There was extra insulation installed, but we may hear each other from time to time. We are on a shared well with 3 other homes. Please do your best to conserve water. I have provided one gallon of filtered water in the refrigerator as well as the keurig. Please let me know if you need more. I will reuse the plastic jug. There are large pet dogs on the premises. It is important that all gates and doors are always closed.
