School holidays are around the corner, and it’s the perfect time to slip away for a change of pace. Our flexible stay options include built‑in weekly savings and generous long‑stay discounts. The space It's a split-level home has three bedrooms and an office. There are 2.5 bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen for 4 and also a large dining room and table that expands for 10. Get comfy in one of the many sitting areas: living room, family room, front porch rockers and back deck for outdoor meals. Having a large backyard lawn and climbing/play structure where deer roam by when it's quiet is perfect for sending the kids out to play, a night at the fire-pit, or grilling with friends and family. The family room has a large leather sofa, 55" TV, and a closet full of toys, puzzles, art supplies and games. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed and additional toys and kids books as well as a kids “Nugget” sofa. One of the bathrooms has a shower and bathtub perfect for washing kids. The office room is downstairs separate from the main three bedrooms. If anyone needs to work, the office can be a good space for privacy. We're willing to be flexible on the price for monthly or long stays. Note, this home was built in the early 1950s and has some original features or older appliances but everything is in clean and working order. We have updated the refrigerator (not pictured), the HVAC, smart thermostat, new toilets and more. Also note for children under 3 or anyone who struggles with stairs, since it's a split-level style home, there are about 5 stairs up to the main level (kitchen, living room, dining room) from the front door and another 7 up to the main bedrooms. We do have a pack n' play and high chair available upon request. Guest access There’s a large driveway for parking. No garage access currently. Other things to note Good to Know • No smoking in the house • No parties or events • Quiet residential neighborhood • Split-level home (stairs required) • Please remove shoes in the house to help keep the carpets clean • Make sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and TV when you leave the house • Report anything that is broken or needs repair so we can keep the house maintained for the next guests • Neighborhood quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. • No food in the bedrooms, please. • Guests are responsible for the trash bins (bring them to the end of the driveway and back up) while staying at the house. • Multi-car parking is available in the driveway only. • Pets under 25 lb are welcome at an additional cost of $50 per day, with a maximum of $250 per stay The rental agreement must be signed and we must conduct an ID check before providing check-in details
