Conveniently located just 6 miles away from Ben T. Davis Beach, 7 miles to Tampa Intl. Airport, 8 miles to Raymond James Stadium, and 20 miles away from the famous Clearwater Beach. Other things to note We do not allow parties or events at the home. No music or loud noises outside after 10pm. Grill is available to use, propane and cleaning are guest responsibility. ALL guests must be included in the guest count, including visitors. Pool runs from 9am-10pm. The pool heater is electric and will not run under 50 degree weather.
