Exterior windows, new siding and more. . Hocking County Registration #00478 Guest access Quiet narrow country road, 4 wheel drive recommended during the winter months. Access to the entire house and yard. Other things to note Check-in: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM Checkout: 12:00 PM Self check-in with keypad- Hosts available at check in. No smoking No parties or events Quiet time after 11pm. Do not trespass on other properties. LINENS AND SUPPLIES: Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided, along with basic kitchenware and utensils. We supply trash bags, paper towels, bathroom tissue, dish and hand soap. Personal items such as shampoo or bar soap are not provided, so; please bring your own. FIREPIT: At no time may you cut wood on the premises. If you bring your own firewood, it must be bundled and cut please follow your local county or state guidelines. Never should a fire be left unattended outside. We do our best to supply starter firewood. Firewood may be purchased around the county at various locations. PETS: Pets are permitted for additional fee. Please clean up after your pet and keep on leash due to the terrain and the wildlife around the property. Non Disclosure of pets will result in $150 fee. SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the farmhouse. The discovery of smoking inside will result in a fee. $250 . Guests should be aware that the country is home to many creatures great and small and a 100+ year old rustic farm house. Though we treat the exterior to keep out pests including insects and mice, this is a reality of nature. Some of the tiny ones may get into the house from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because of this. Please help us by keeping food and food wrappers cleaned up, and keep exterior doors closed. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions or for early departures. Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter season. No student groups, house parties, or receptions are allowed. If guests are found to be having a party, they will be asked to vacate the farmhouse, and no refund will be given. Absolutely no fireworks shall be set off on the property. Fires permitted in the designated outside fire pit only. Due to insurance policy no hunting or ATV riding is permitted. There is public land near by for both activities.
