Welcome to our newly remodeled Salt Lake City AirBnB! Ideal for solo travelers, couples or pairs, our space is sure to make you feel right at home. Enjoy quick and easy access to the mountains, downtown Salt Lake City or USANA Amphitheatre . We are always happy to provide recommendations to travelers so don't hesitate to ask! We look forward to your visit! Any guest staying overnight must be on the reservation. The unit includes a full kitchen, a cozy living room area, two bedrooms with super comfortable beds, and a bathroom. The bedrooms come stocked with hangars and nightstands for your clothes. We provide an initial stock of basic toiletries so your arrival is smooth and easy. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. The kitchen has an oven/stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and a drip coffee maker, as well as various cooking needs. We have two work spaces - one small sit/stand desk in the main bedroom and one desk in the living room. Please see the 'What This Place Offers' section for a full list of available amenities. You’ll have your own private space with your own private entrance. With the exception of the HVAC closet, the entire downstairs unit is yours! We're more than happy to help with whatever you need while staying with us, but you have the downstairs to yourself and can arrive & depart through a separate entrance. Enjoy a stay in this quaint, safe, suburb of Salt Lake City! Our neighbors are all friendly and fantastic so don't be surprised if you get a 'Hello' from somebody nearby! Access, access, access! We live close to the 215 freeway which gives quick access to the airport (13 minutes), downtown (15 minutes) or the ski lifts (45ish minutes depending on where you're headed)! The Redwood Rd and 5400s intersection is a busy one for all types of shopping. We live walking distance to a massive amount of restaurants, grocery stores and retail locations. The AirBnB is located super close to anything you'd want to do in the SLC area. About an hour We have a brand new HVAC (central A/C and heat) throughout the entire home, however, the thermostat is located upstairs. We keep the home at comfortable temperatures year round -- cool in the summer and cozy in the winter! We also provide heaters in case you need extra warmth, and are available to make you more comfortable if for any reason the provided amenities don't suffice. The unit is located on the lower floor of our home. Just a note, we work from home and therefore are often present upstairs during normal working hours!
