The space There is a primary bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with queen bed and a 3rd bedroom converted into a gym that has a single fold up roll away bed that can sleep one person upon request. Other things to note Gym will be converted into a BR to sleep an extra person if requested, when booking more than 4 people.
