At our king bed condo you'll first arrive at an eclectically decorated newly built complex in East Austin where you'll find endless exciting places of interest nearby. The decor is bold and cozy, including an eye-catching mural from a local Austin artist. The property will be on a quiet street, but you'll only be minutes away from Austin’s best bars and restaurants. You will have access to a well equipped kitchen with high end furniture to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The space Large (1200 sq ft) condo. An open concept living space with kitchen flowing into dining area into living area. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining as it has has a giant waterfall quartz island with barstools. It also has a Samsung fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig amongst other things. The living area includes a West Elm pull out couch and a 65” smart Roku TV. The primary bedroom includes a King Casper mattress, luxury hotel sheets, a 55” smart TV, large closet and a desk. Secondary has a King Comfort Tech 10" Serene Foam Mattress the same except a 43" TV and no desk. The pull out sofa is a Queen size mattress. Each bathroom has custom floor tile from a local business, makeup mirrors, plenty of towels and lock on the door. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. This is a family friendly unit, which includes a pack n play (including bassinet and changing table), stroller, and kids toys! Guests will be required to walk up two flights of stairs (no elevator). CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: There are some previous reviews that mention ongoing construction. This loud and disruptive construction work was completed in January 2026. Guest access - There are coffee shops, a grocery store, restaurants, bars and outdoor activities all within a 5-10 minute walk. - The unit has one dedicated parking spot in an enclosed, gated area. There is also plenty of parking on the streets surrounding the complex. - There are BCycle's located on the East Side of Pleasant Valley and 5th Street and there are always plenty of scooters around. - There is a major bus line a few steps away which will take you to the popular city hubs. Other things to note BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ: Please consider that this unit is in a complex that is mostly made up of primary residences. You would be guests of this Airbnb unit, as well as, guests of this peaceful residential community. Please be respectful of this setting and to the individuals within this environment. Additionally, we have strict guest headcount maximums. Don’t plan on having more people stay overnight than what you communicated on the reservation. The max number of guests for this listing is 6 people. Please no parties. There are outdoor cameras to monitor guest entry. Either action is strictly prohibited.
