This modern and spacious 2BR apartment is in the heart of the most desirable area of Brooklyn. It's bright, comfortable, renovated and quiet. The apartment has a large living room incl. a work place, a fully-equipped and unique kitchen, wi-fi and everything you'll need to enjoy your New York City. The apartment is walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, Prospect Park, Fort Greene Park, Barclay Center, cultural attractions. The C train to Manhattan is less than 1 min walking distance. The space Me and my roommate are sharing this beautiful apartment. We’re very clean and respect each other’s space and needs. When you’re booking our place please be considerate, respectful and aware that this is a shared space. Guest access We have a key lock box outside the building and provide the code once you’re booking the place. During your stay Since I’m renting out my room and not the entire place please be aware that either me, or my roommate will be in the apartment sometimes. We’re both pretty chatty and open minded and like to interact with people from all over the world. Other things to note While my really great and chill roommate is only casually in the apartment and I’m jumping around between my partner’s apartment and my own place. You’ll barley notice me, since I have a pretty busy schedule. But I’m always happy and interested to hear about my guests’ situations and open for a chat.
