There is a shared laundry room and a shared driveway. Beautiful gardens surround the vacation rental. Other things to note We are in Mount Dora’s Historic District. Everything in the center of town and on the lake are steps away from your front door. We are an allergy free stay. No animals of any kind are allowed in apartments. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in or around apartments.
