The Avenue Suites: Suite Four

The Avenue Suites are in a friendly neighborhood just a few minutes from the town center of Brownwood, Texas. The spaces are comfortable, intimate, and attentive. They are perfect for the solo business traveler or a couple who prefer a week-long stay in town, while exploring the surrounding areas (Lake Brownwood!). We hope to host you soon!** Our Avenue Suites are located across from a church in a small-town neighborhood. It is a newly redesigned space and curated to host our cherished guests. We do not keep personal belongings here, so our biggest hope is that you feel this is YOUR home away from home. We've taken care to add unique details to the spaces that make you feel welcome & cozy. Special touches such as monogrammed "SUITE FOUR" pillow cases are featured in the bedroom. The Avenue Suites: SUITE FOUR is a one bedroom with a closet, and additional closet spaces in the hallway and front living room. The comfortable Queen size bed has 800+ thread count/hotel grade sheets, and soft blankets. The full bath (shower/tub combo) has attentive amenities for both men and women, including some bath products, make up mirror, & hair dryer. Our Living room is comfortable and includes a brand new Smart TV, so you can kick back & relax during your stay. The kitchen has many of the necessary culinary tools to use while cooking with our oven and stove, as well as a large fridge/freezer, and microwave. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and tea pods (decaf and caffeine available). There will also be treats and bottles of water upon your arrival. The Breakfast Nook is located in between the Living room & Kitchen, and has quick access to the back door. The back door leads out to the small, Backyard space. Outdoor furniture and a Privacy Fence add to the charm of the outdoor space. This is a NON SMOKING residence. Any smoke smell in the Suites will result in a large additional fee on top of the cleaning fee. No cigarette butts on the ground please. There is no Washer & Dryer onsite. However, there is a clean, updated Laundromat less than a block away (2 minute walk, 5 second drive). There is also a DRY CLEANING location 3 blocks away (7 minute walk, 1 min drive). We've really tried to think of everything to help make your stay the best it can be, and we welcome any feedback directly to us. Guest access Each Suite has their own private entrance, accessible from the guest parking lot located in front of The Avenue Suites. Each Suite also has a backdoor that leads into the backyard/patio area, which is blocked off from public view by a Privacy Fence.
